Management functions :

PLANNING
  
     a process for accomplishing purposes. It is a blue print of business growth and a road map of development. It helps in deciding objectives both in quantitative and qualitative terms. It is setting of goals on the basis of objectives.

  A first stage that the management should go through, in which conforms the idea of "plan first ,before everything". In this stage , you have to formulate objectives, goals and businesses purposes. In planning also, it conquers the success and failure of the certain business. 

ORGANIZING
   A step’s on how the management organize the field. This include the sorting of the effectiveness of the manpower to their respective expertise.  To institute and to establish the subordinates of a certain group, as well as attaining the corresponding action towards people of an industry. 

CONTROLLING
  Consists of verifying whether everything occurs in confirmities with the plans adopted, instructions issued and principles established. Controlling ensures that there is effective and efficient utilization of organizational resources so as to achieve the planned goals. Controlling measures the deviation of actual performance from the standard performance, discovers the causes of such deviations and helps in taking corrective action.
 LEADING
  Managers need leadership and leaders need management in an indivisible, mutual partnership.
Has been described as the “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. Definitions inclusive of nature of leadership have also emerged.Effective leadership is the ability to successfully integrate and maximize available resources within the internal and external enviroment for the attainment of organizational goals.
